Yes, we are open. In fact, we are a 24/7/365 facility meaning we are always open and never closed.

Is there someone on site to help me?
No. We are an unstaffed facility. We do not have anyone on site, but we do have someone available by phone from 7 am - 9 pm for support.

How much does it cost to rent the simulator?
All of our pricing can be found in the Membership Section of the website here. But generally we are $40/hour Mon-Fri Days until 4pm. and $50/hour evenings and weekends. You can book from 1hr on. See non peak and peak times under Memberships.

When do TEE TIMES start and end?
All tee ties begin and end on the top of the hour. If you want to extend your time you can do so up to 15 min before your tee time expires based on availability. Its always best to do so early during busy times so as to not be left out of extending. if you miss the 15 min window and time is available reach out to the club we can assist you remotely on extending your round.

Do I pay per golfer?
No, you rent the time and you are welcome to bring up to 3 golfers per bay rental. While the sofware can handle more, the best experience is to play ith your foursome and reserve an addtional bay for those over the initial 4.

How long does it take to play a round of golf?
It typically takes about 1 hour for each golfer. So three golfers would take about three hours. Of course, this depends on your pace of play. Its best to start with 2 hours and extend your round as needed.

Can I buy Food or Drinks at Golf Coast Indoor?
Yes, we offer non-alcoholic beverages and convenient snacks for purchase. Look for the coolers and use the self service machine to check out. We also accept cash. You are welcome to bring anything else you’d like with you—food, drinks, and even alcohol (as long as you’re 21 or older). We are a BYOB establishment. Please clean up after your round for the next golfers who come though please!

Can I rent the place for a party or function?
YES! We always have groups looking to try something different! You can rent out our facility for only the bay times PLUS $100 facility charge! We will be onsite to also assist your group get started so you have the best time! You are welcome to bring your own food and drink and we have tables and chairs for 16 to 20 people comfortably. All we ask os that you clean up at the end and take the trash to the dumpster! Call the facility to book or ask questions!

What launch monitor/simulator do you use?
We have the IDRA II produced by GOLFIN which is one of the hottest and newest launch monitors on the market. This is an overhead AI launch monitor that uses multiple high-speed infrared cameras. Equipped with stereoscopic vision, the IDRA II offers ultra-precise short game and putting analytics.

What software do you use?
We use GSPro Golf which has over 1900+ worldwide golf courses including several local courses. For a complete list of GSPro courses search online at https://simulatorgolftour.com/courses/ this list changes daily!

Do I need my own golf clubs?
No, While it is encouraged to get the most out of your play, we do offer 2 right handed sets of clubs, a left handed set of clubs, a right handed women’s set, and a handful of youth clubs down to age 5 to 8. If you do bring your clubs they MUST BE CLEAN BEFORE USE OF SIMULATORS. We have a club washer available if need be.

I've never used a simulator before. What are the basics I need to know?
Simulators can be used to practice your game by hitting balls on a simulated driving range, or to play golf on different golf courses. They are for the pros and also novice golfer looking to learn or just have fun!

GOLF BALLS, do you provide them or do we use our own?
This is a BIG ONE!! We do provide CLEAN and NEW golf balls and BIRDIE TEES for your enjoyment. You can use your own balls as long as they are NEW and CLEAN with no markings. Markings and dirty balls damage the screens and affect the enjoyment of all. YOU CANNOT USE WOODEN TEES! Failure to follow these rules may affect your ability to play with us in the future!

Memberships

How does buying a membership work?
Follow the prompts on the Membership page and decide what level you want to purchase. You have the option to pay month to month or save 20% and purchase an annual membership pass. Any questions its best to message the club before making your purchase. We will be happy to review what options are best for you.

What do I get with my Membership?
Membership gets you advanced booking, guaranteed hours each month, exclusive access to the Sim Golf Tour, Local Leagues, and reduced rates for extended play if needed! Overall you save money!

Can I bring a guest with me?
Yes, members can bring guests and there is no additional fee. We simply ask that if the same person is going to come with you every time they purchase their own membership. member has to be present for any booking. For the best experience you can book one bay as a memeber and your guests book the adjancent bay for an outing experience. Best to run no more than 4 people per bay.
