Golf Coast Indoor LLC
Terms of Service, Membership Agreement, & Waiver of Liability
By purchasing a membership or booking a tee time with Golf Coast Indoor LLC (“Club”), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree, please contact Golf Coast Indoor LLC immediately and do not use Club facilities or services.
1. Membership Overview
Golf Coast Indoor LLC offers memberships and session-based use of its facilities (collectively, “Memberships”). A member must be 18 years or older to purchase any recurring Monthly or Annual Membership.
Membership levels:
Bronze Membership (Basic Monthly)
Silver Membership (Standard Monthly)
Gold VIP Membership (Premium Monthly)
Annual Memberships (PRE PAID)
Daily Session Peak and Non Peak Times
2. Membership Terms
Payment Method Requirement: All Monthly Memberships require a valid payment method on file. By enrolling, you authorize Golf Coast Indoor LLC or its agent to charge your payment method for applicable dues and taxes at the end of the monthly membership date until canceled.
Non-Refundable Fees: Application fees and prepaid membership fees are non-refundable.
Membership Benefits: Benefits, such as daily session allotments and guest privileges, vary by Membership type. Golf Coast Indoor LLC reserves the right to adjust benefits at its discretion.
Membership Types
a. Annual Memberships Apply to any of the below levels with a 20% prepaid discount
Initial 12-month term, then renews yearly unless canceled before renewal date.
b. Bronze Membership (Basic Monthly) $99 per month
Month-to-month after the initial one (1) month term. Commences on the date purchased for 30 days.
Included Time: 4 hours per month. (Maximum 2 consecutive hours) no carryover
Usage: 24/7 access, but included hours can only be booked during Non-Peak hours.
Additional Hours: $30/hour (during any time slot).
Guest Policy: Guests Golf Free member must be present
Booking Window: 3 days in advance.
Community: Includes access to league play, events, and tournaments
c. Silver Membership (Standard Monthly) $199 per month
Month-to-month after the initial one (1) month term. Commences on the date purchased for 30 days.
Included Time: 8 hours per month. (max 2 consecutive hours per day) no carryover
Usage: 24/7 access, with hours bookable during any time slot, including Peak hours.
Additional Hours: $30/hour.
Guest Policy: Guests Golf Free member must be present
Booking Window: 5 days in advance.
Community: Includes access to league play, events, and tournaments
d. Gold VIP Membership (Premium Monthly) $299
Month-to-month after the initial one (1) month term. Commences on the date purchased for 30 days.
Included Time: Unlimited use (max 2 consecutive hours per day).
Usage: 24/7 access, with priority booking during any time slot.
Guest Policy: Guests Golf Free member must be present
Booking Window: 10 days in advance.
Community: Includes access to league play, events, and tournaments
Cap: This level is capped at 30 members.
e. Daily Membership Rates and Peak and Non Peak TImes
Non-Member Hourly Rates
Peak Rate: $50 per hour (rates are per bay not per person)
Non-Peak Rate: $40 per hour (rates are per bay not per person)
Peak & Non-Peak Schedule
The 24/7 operation allows for very specific non-peak windows to drive business during traditionally slow periods, while still capitalizing on high-demand times.

3. Guests
Members may bring up to three (3) guests per visit. Beyond 3 please contact the Club ahead of time.
Guests must sign the Golf Coast Indoor LLC Waiver & Release of Liability.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or instructor.
Members must remain with their guests at all times.
4. Payment Policies
Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Rejected payments are subject to a $25 late fee if not able to process on the 1st of the month due billing date.
Membership will be suspended if payment is declined. Membership will be suspended until the account is brought current to include the late fee of $25.
5. Suspension, Termination, and Default
The Club may suspend or terminate membership immediately for violation of this Agreement or failure to comply with facility rules.
Members remain liable for unpaid dues.
Members may terminate with 3 days written notice (Annual or Monthly).
6. Rules of Conduct
All members and guests must comply with posted facility rules, including but not limited to:
No smoking to include vaping, or drugs on premises. Any violation will be cause for immediate termination of membership with no refunds given.
No food or drinks inside simulators. Food and Drinks are permitted inside the Club. Alcohol is permitted by those 21yrs of age and older (BYOB). No minors are to engage in alcohol consumption. Providing alcohol to a minor is grounds for revocation of membership without refund of membership. Members will be liable by law for any legal matters that arise from illegal alcohol consumption.
Members are expected to clean up after each session to allow the next guest to have a clean environment. Any issues need to be brought to the Club immediately.
No spikes, only clean shoes, clean clubs, and clean balls.
Only one golfer in the hitting area at a time. Please stand behind the yellow line for safety. Entering inside of this yellow line during sim play increases your risk of injury and you will be liable for any and all injuries to you or the other party.
Guests and members are financially responsible for any damage caused to the facility and any equipment. Be careful!
Violation of safety or conduct policies may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Waiver & Assumption of Risk
By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks of indoor golf, including risk of injury or death caused by golf balls, equipment, or other participants. Golf Coast Indoor LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss.
All members and guests must sign the Participant Waiver & Release of Liability before using the facility.
8. Miscellaneous
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Venue shall lie in the state courts of Hancock County, Mississippi.
Assignment: Club may assign this Agreement; members may not assign or transfer membership.
Severability: If any portion of this Agreement is invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the full Agreement between you and Golf Coast Indoor LLC.

Participant Waiver & Release of Liability
This Waiver must be signed prior to participation or facility access.
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree as follows:
I understand that participation in golf simulator activities involves risks of injury, including but not limited to being struck by a golf club, golf ball, or equipment failure.
I assume all risks of participation, whether caused by myself, other participants, equipment, or the facility.
I release and discharge Golf Coast Indoor LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of participation, regardless of negligence.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golf Coast Indoor LLC from any claims brought by me, my guests, or minors under my supervision.
I certify that I am at least 18 years of age (or am the legal parent/guardian of the minor participant).
